Electrical Supervisor

This position is responsible for overseeing the on-site work at multiple builder

communities for the electrical department. This includes managing field foreman and

crews, hiring and training new and existing staff, and communicating field staffing and

crew levels needed to manage the work with the General Manager. Follows processes

to ensure workmanship, quality and safety standards are met. Manages crews for

material and labor. Establishes and maintains relationships with HPE office staff,

builders, foreman and suppliers. Communicates with estimating department to ensure

take-offs for material and labor are accurate when performing pre-walks and quality

control. Performs other job duties as assigned.
