Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.

- Conduct regular inspections of projects and equipment to identify issues.

- Collaborate with project managers, leads, and other departments to ensure timely project completion.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Master or Journeyman license.
