About the Role

Quality Plus Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities and lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a safety first mindset.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
Coordinate daily schedules, materials, and manpower
Ensure work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards
Review drawings and specifications for accurate execution
Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety compliance
Communicate with project teams, inspectors, and clients
Track progress, productivity, and daily reporting

What We're Looking For

5+ years electrical experience (commercial/industrial)
Proven leadership or superintendent experience
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and installations
Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
Valid driver's license

Nice to Have:
Journeyman or Master Electrician license
OSHA 10 or 30
Industrial or heavy commercial experience
