Electrical Quality Engineer - Automotive Launch
Location: Toledo Supplier Park - Toledo, OH
Pay: $26.00 - 27.50/hour + overtime potential
Schedule: 40 hrs/week (OT available during launch)
Duration: 12-month contract (extension possible)

We are hiring Electrical Quality Engineers to support a major vehicle launch at a leading automotive manufacturing plant in Toledo, Ohio for existing and new model launch.
This role is ideal for entry-level or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience working on real-world electrical systems, root cause analysis, and vehicle quality.

What You'll Work On
- Investigate electrical issues impacting vehicle quality
- Analyze warranty data and customer concerns
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects
- Support new vehicle launch readiness
- Work with plant teams to prevent defects before vehicles ship
- Help resolve issues involving:
- Wiring systems
- Modules & electrical components
- Diagnostics and system performance
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (REQUIRED)
- 0-3 years of experience (entry-level friendly)
- Exposure to:
- Manufacturing, automotive, OR engineering projects/internships
- Basic understanding of:
- Electrical systems OR troubleshooting
- Problem-solving methods (RCA, 5 Why, etc.)
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Comfortable working on the plant floor
Preferred (Not Required)
- Automotive or manufacturing experience
- Internship or co-op in engineering
- Familiarity with:
- Root cause tools (Fishbone, 4M1D)
- Data analysis / quality metrics
Work Environment
- On-site in a high-volume automotive assembly plant
- Work closely with engineering teams + production staff
- Hands-on, fast-paced setting (not a desk-only role)
