About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex commercial and industrial projects across Colorado. This role offers full ownership of project lifecycle-from planning to execution ,on high-value projects ranging from $5M to $10M.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
- Own project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Coordinate schedules with general contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Develop material procurement plans and labor strategies
- Ensure installations meet electrical codes and safety standards
- Lead project meetings (pre-construction, planning, and close-out)
- Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
- Background in commercial or industrial projects
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M+
- Strong knowledge of:
- RFIs, submittals, change orders
- Budgeting and scheduling
- Material procurement
- Journeyman Electrical License preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
