We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for commercial electrical projects in Florida, Nashville, TN, and Georgia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive commercial electrical experience, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and manpower.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and clients.
Required Skills
Commercial electrical construction experience, crew leadership and supervision, project coordination and scheduling, blueprint and electrical drawing interpretation, EMT, and rigid conduit bending and installation, wire pulling and cable installation, panel, switchgear, and transformer installation, terminations and troubleshooting, quality control and jobsite safety management, material takeoffs and inventory management, OSHA compliance and safety procedures, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors, and basic computer skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman.
- Strong commercial electrical background.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel.
