Electrical Engineer II

Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support new product development efforts and perform bench testing. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for executing Verification and Validation (V&V) activities for new electrical designs and systems. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay Rate: Pay will be up to $45/hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bench testing and analyze results to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test protocols, reports, and design specifications.
  • Design and implement automated test systems, with a preference for LabVIEW-based solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, LabVIEW, and bench testing.
