Requirements:

  1. 5-10 years' experience with:
    1. automation or electrical controls systems.
    2. Programmable Logic Controllers.
  2. B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  3. Ability and desire to be hands-on.
  4. Must be willing to spend time on equipment to assist in troubleshooting and installation.
  5. Experience with 24VDC control systems.
  6. Working knowledge of NFPA70 (National Electrical Code).
  7. Fluently read and interpret electrical schematics.
  1. Experience writing work instructions to assist installation teams.
  2. Experience working with engineers to improve manufacturability.

Preferred Skills:

  1. A proven track record of working safely around industrial equipment
  2. EPLAN software.
  3. AutoCAD software.
  4. CAN bus networks
  5. 3 phase motors and generator systems.
  6. 208V/480V power systems
  7. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
