Electrical Engineer

Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic group supporting the development of innovative Pressure and Temperature field instruments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to engineering, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Shakopee, MN (Hybrid - 4 days on-site, 1 day work from home)

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

• Assist and/or lead new product development activities including circuit design and product qualification testing.
• Research and develop new ideas and technologies for implementation into our products.
• Monitor and optimize new product development processes to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Prepare detailed project plans necessary to complete assigned engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional local and global teams through product definition processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with low power electronics design and test equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
• Ability to occasionally meet with global team members during off hours.
