HVAC Residential Sheetmetal / Duct Foreman

Pay (Minimum $45,000.00 "year")

Job Overview:

??? Install HVAC duct systems in residential homes (new construction & existing homes)

Required Skills:

??? Knowledge of installing Rectangular (Rec) ducting, round metal ducting, flexible ducting, bath exhaust ducting, dryer venting & range venting.

(This person should already have most of the tools necessary to do this type of work)

Required Experience:

??? Must have 2 to 5 year of residential duct installation experience as a Foreman of a crew

Additional Skills that are a benefit:

??? Experience with installing HVAC equipment, refrigerant piping, condensate drains, low voltage wiring, zone system installations, water heater & furnace venting, gas piping & thermostat installation / configuration

??? Experience with mini split heat pump installation and geothermal heat pump equipment installation

This position is Monday - Friday (with some Saturdays available) full time employment.
