• Flexible Scheduling: Choose when you drive! Driver Partners are independent contractors with no minimum commitments.
• Every driver will go through WAV certification to ensure inclusive service for all community members.

To operate on the Via platform in Plano, you must:

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be 25 years of age or older.
• Have more than 1 year of driving history.
• Maintain a personal auto insurance policy.
• Lease and drive a vehicle from our vehicle leasing partner.
• Complete mandatory WAV training (provided upon onboarding).
• Pass a background check (criminal and motor vehicle record) and a pre-engagement drug test.

Any additional requirements will be communicated to prospective Driver Partners as necessary.

New driver partner promotion: To be eligible, you must complete at least 10 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of completing your driver onboarding session. Time offline, including breaks, will not be included in this 10-hour minimum. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via's sole discretion.
