This role is about more than maintenance; it's about leading people, strengthening systems, and creating environments where staff, clients, and partners can thrive.

What You'll Achieve
  • Create Safe & Compliant Spaces - Ensure all facilities, vehicles, and equipment meet licensing and regulatory standards, keeping staff and clients safe every day.

  • Inspire & Lead Teams - Supervise and coach the Facilities Supervisor and team members, building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in our spaces.

  • Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee operations like HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, security, and equipment-keeping things running smoothly and reliably.

  • Plan for the Future - Lead long-range facility planning, renovations, and new construction projects that align with KBBH's growth strategy.

  • Champion Safety & Preparedness - Direct the KBBH Safety Committee, oversee disaster readiness, and maintain strong relationships with state and county emergency managers.

  • Promote Sustainability - Implement eco-friendly practices that conserve resources, improve efficiency, and reflect our values.

  • Be a Strategic Partner - Collaborate with leadership, contractors, and vendors to deliver cost-effective solutions and long-term value for KBBH.

What Success Looks Like
  • Facilities consistently pass audits and inspections with ease.

  • Staff report feeling safe, supported, and proud of their work environments.

  • Budgets are managed wisely, with resources directed toward high-impact projects.

  • The facilities team operates with clarity, efficiency, and shared accountability.

  • Community and compliance partners view KBBH as a model for safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

What You Bring
  • Experience in facilities, construction, and/or project management (degree preferred but not required).

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals and inspire others.

  • A track record of managing budgets, vendors, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort working across multiple sites, projects, and priorities at once.

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Why Join KBBH?
  • Impact - Your work directly supports the safety, growth, and wellbeing of our staff and clients.

  • Leadership - You'll play a key role in shaping our facilities strategy and mentoring a dedicated team.

  • Growth - This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to influence both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

  • Culture - We value teamwork, integrity, and innovation, and we work hard to create an environment where both employees and clients feel supported.
