In this role, you will join a small, highly-focus team working to develop and maintain military and civil government signal processing applications for use in a real-time operational environment. The team members are multi-disciplined and contribute across all phases of systems engineering, software development, integration and test, and metrics. The team works closely with operations personnel to meet unique and continuously development needs. Due to the security clearance requirement, this is an onsite position located in our Aurora, CO campus.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for DSP applications.
• Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

What You Will Learn

• Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.
• Software lifecycle practices on defense projects.
• Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with software development using C++.
• Experience with SIGINT, Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or DSP related software.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with X-Midas or similar digital signal processing framework.
• Experience programming in Python and Go.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools.
• Experience with Agile Development.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Software development experience using Java, C/C++, or similar programming languages.
• Familiar with SIGINT, Digital Communication, or digital signal processing software development.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Development, and automated test.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project

management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
