- Own the inbox-keep emails tidy and responses lightning-fast.
- Ace delivery scheduling, confirming details and guiding guests with crystal-clear communication.
- Connect with customers daily to lock in deliveries and keep them thrilled.
- Smash KPIs for scheduling, efficiency, and guest happiness.
- Track deliveries, manage route changes, and solve issues-often in one call.
- Team up with delivery crews and leadership to keep operations seamless.

Location & Schedule:
Your home base is our dynamic Batavia, NY office, with a hybrid setup-work remotely most days but expect one in-office day per week (plus occasional extra days as needed). Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays.
