Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support mortgage servicing operations and serve as the primary point of contact for borrower inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to mortgage payments, billing statements, escrow accounts, payoff requests, and loan servicing
- Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, and internal teams with loan-related questions and account research
- Prepare payoff statements and amortization schedules
- Review and explain escrow analysis statements
- Process borrower payments and resolve customer complaints
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or mortgage servicing experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mortgage servicing experience preferred
