Contract Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support mortgage servicing operations and serve as the primary point of contact for borrower inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to mortgage payments, billing statements, escrow accounts, payoff requests, and loan servicing
  • Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, and internal teams with loan-related questions and account research
  • Prepare payoff statements and amortization schedules
  • Review and explain escrow analysis statements
  • Process borrower payments and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or mortgage servicing experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Mortgage servicing experience preferred
