- Starting compensation: From $70,000/year - or more, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience (criminal law preferred, but all areas considered)
- Ability to manage and direct a substantial caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong formatting skills for motions, appeals, and pleadings
- Experience preparing trial notebooks and trial support materials
- Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Clio is a plus
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude toward clients
