Job Details- Develop & Program PLCs, HMIs, and robotic automation systems (Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, PanelView).
- Troubleshoot & Maintain complex electrical and robotic systems to minimize downtime.
- Lead Process Improvements by optimizing cycle times and implementing error-proofing strategies.
- Collaborate with Teams across engineering, production, and maintenance to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety in all control system designs and implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PLC programming, automation, and robotics.
- Expertise in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, PanelView, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills to diagnose and resolve automation issues quickly.
- Passion for Innovation & Continuous Improvement in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
