Construction Supervisor / Working Foreman
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
Job Summary
Complete Exterior is a growing exterior remodeling company looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor / Working Foreman to lead our crews while remaining hands-on in the field. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both managing projects and working with the tools. You'll oversee daily jobsite operations, ensure projects are completed safely and to the highest standards, and work alongside the crew when needed.
We're looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates well with customers and employees, and leads by example.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on roofing, siding, window, and exterior remodeling projects.
- Work alongside crews performing carpentry and exterior construction when needed.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries to keep jobs moving.
- Train and mentor employees while holding crews accountable for workmanship and productivity.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout each project.
- Communicate with homeowners to answer questions and provide project updates.
- Troubleshoot field issues and make sound decisions to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
- Complete daily job reports, photos, and communicate progress with the office.
- Ensure crews follow company policies and OSHA safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors, and exterior remodeling.
- Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field.
- Comfortable using power tools and performing physical labor.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
