A national builder-developer with an outstanding track record in multifamily construction is seeking a Superintendent for a series of upcoming ground-up projects in the Athens and Dacula, Georgia markets. This is a long-term opportunity covering three consecutive projects over a projected three-year span.

Job Details
What You'll Do:
??? Oversee all field operations from groundbreaking to turnover
??? Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and safety on site
??? Communicate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality targets are met
??? Uphold site safety standards and drive high-performance culture on the job site
What We're Looking For:
??? Experience running ground-up multifamily construction as a superintendent
??? Skilled in managing schedules, subcontractors, and construction documents
??? Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
??? Based in Georgia or open to temporary relocation (fully supported)
