Sifly Homes is a boutique luxury homebuilder in Charleston, SC, known for timeless architecture, exceptional craftsmanship, and a deeply personal client experience. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on site construction for high end custom residential projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily on site construction operations
- Maintain schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality control
- Communicate with owners, architects, and the project team
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Track progress through BuilderTrend and manage invoices via
- Support procurement, submittals, and change order processes
- Lead punchlist and project closeout activities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential construction experience (custom home experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans, manage subcontractors, and maintain high craftsmanship standards
- Proficiency with BuilderTrend and digital project management tools
- A commitment to quality, detail, and client service
