Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager 3, you will be part of the Construction Department supporting project management and site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $58.75 - $64.64

What's the Job?

  • Oversee and manage construction contracts on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms, change orders, and scope modifications.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve contractual and operational issues promptly to minimize delays and costs.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business, construction management, or related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction contract management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract law, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
