Job DetailsWe are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of materials and services.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
