Job DetailsTo be successful in this role, candidates should bring the following:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or light industrial experience preferred)
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, often across state lines
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with clients and vendors
- Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and related construction management software
- Willingness to travel if needed, depending on the project
