Job Details

You'll lead restoration and repair projects from precon through closeout, interfacing directly with owners and field crews. Great role for PMs with concrete or envelope experience looking to level up.

What you need:

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction
• Strong understanding of concrete, masonry, and envelope scopes
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in construction software like Procore or similar
