Our client, a leading construction and engineering services organization, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross functional engineering, production, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $76.10 - $83.70

What's the Job?

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and cross functional projects by developing detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Present project proposals, status reports, and findings to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate project staff while supporting ongoing training and professional development.
  • Analyze technology solutions, resource needs, costs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and performance.
  • Review, recommend, and approve contracts, bids, and cost estimates to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or project management.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and related project management tools
