Our client, a leading construction and engineering organization, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting Engineering, Operations, and Field Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail, which will align successfully with the organization

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $76.10 - $83.70

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate construction projects by developing detailed plans, directing project execution, and integrating technical activities.
  • Present and explain project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze technology, resource requirements, costs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and performance.
  • Confer with management, engineering, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.
  • Review, recommend, and approve contracts, schedules, and cost estimates.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing construction or large-scale technical projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio; PMI/PMP certification preferred.
