About Us Synergy Design & Construction is a high-end residential design-build remodeling company serving Northern Virginia and the greater DC area. The Role We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to support our Lead Carpenters on active job sites - this is a full-time position with room to grow for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Support Lead Carpenters on high-end residential remodeling projects
• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and site organization
• Learn to run base, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks
• Run materials to job sites including Home Depot and supplier pickups
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Take direction well and communicate clearly with the team

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle - required
• Some construction or trades experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
