Concrete Floor Coating Technician Epoxy Flooring

We are hiring a Concrete Floor Coating Technician to join our installation team. This role focuses on preparing concrete surfaces and installing professional epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete floor coating systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

This is a hands-on construction role ideal for someone dependable, physically capable, and motivated to learn a specialized trade in concrete coatings and epoxy flooring installation.

Experience in construction, flooring, or concrete work is helpful, but training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete floors through cleaning, grinding, patching, and surface preparation

• Install epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, and concrete floor systems

• Operate equipment such as concrete grinders, floor prep tools, rollers, and mixers

• Mix and apply coating materials following manufacturer and company guidelines

• Lift and transport materials weighing 50-100 lbs

• Maintain safe and organized construction job sites

• Follow all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule

• Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Ability to perform physical construction work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with tools and materials

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful:

• Concrete coatings

• Epoxy flooring installation

• Concrete grinding or surface preparation

• Construction labor or flooring installation

• Using hand tools or power tools

• Driving vehicles with equipment trailers

Experience Level

• Entry Level to 3 Years Experience preferred

• Training provided

Work Environment

• Job sites may include residential garages, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities

• Indoor and outdoor work environments

• Exposure to construction materials, dust, and equipment

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
