Pay Range The pay range for this role is $60,920-$105,143 annually. Compensation is based on your unique qualifications and experience.

Job Summary The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's adherence to regulatory standards. The Compliance Coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills contribute to our commitment to ethical practices and operational excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties Administrative Duties - Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes and ensure company adherence.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of compliance activities and findings.
- Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related topics and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of risk management strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Familiarity with risk management and auditing techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and be exposed to dirt or dust.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment most of the day.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to work for long periods of time in front of a computer or while standing.
