Commercial Shingle & Tile Roofer

As a Commercial Tile and Shingle Roofer, youll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality tile and shingle roofing systems on commercial projects. Youll work closely with a skilled crew to deliver safe, professional, and efficient results that meet our industry-leading standards.

• Install and repair tile and shingle roofing systems, including clay, concrete, slate, and asphalt materials.

• Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation.

• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials around obstacles and roof features.

• Apply underlayment, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing as needed.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly.

• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.

• Work efficiently under the direction of a Foreman or Project Superintendent.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience (tile and/or shingle systems preferred)

• Skills: Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and install roofing materials per specifications.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work at heights.

• Certifications: OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available).
