Can read any blueprint or schematic

Mentors electricians, top helpers and apprentices in the NEC

Leads and motivates a team of Foremen & Leads to BE BETTER

WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE CAROLINAS

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary leader of field forces on a job site
  • Direct and manage electrician, foremen and crews
  • Enforce safety, quality and production standards on active job sites
  • Coordinate daily field operations with the Project Manager
  • Develop and update the project schedules including two-week look ahead schedules. Update those schedules in tracking systems
  • Clear communication and updates with PM's, GC, clients, internal departments and engineers
  • Maintain accurate cost reports


Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:

  • 10+ years commercial electrical construction experience
  • industry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Data Center/Pharmaceutical Facilities/Hospital construction experience is required
  • Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully. Experience in a fast-paced business environment is helpful.
  • Experience managing projects $20M+.
  • Open to travel (preferred)
  • Candidate should have experience with or be able to learn project management and scheduling software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
