Commercial Construction Estimator - Mechanical

Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing - an established, locally owned company proudly serving Central Texas since 1976 - is looking for a Mechanical Construction Estimator to join its team.

We are looking for either a:

• Mid- or senior-level commercial Construction Estimator in mechanical and/or plumbing OR a
• Project Manager or Field Superintendent in mechanical and/or plumbing construction with the technical expertise and interpersonal skills to transition into a sales/estimating role

The ideal Mechanical Construction Estimator candidate will have:

• Existing customer relationships (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with bid software (a plus but not required)

We are looking for a long-term hire who will be working with other long-term members of our team.
