TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking COMMERCIAL CLEANING TECHNICIANS for a customer in the Northern Kentucky / Villa Hills, Kentucky area. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work. This position requires regular physical activity and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, equipment, and supplies throughout the workday. Employees must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing 10 to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally perform team lifts up to 75 pounds. The work involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting motions. Employees must be able to grip, handle, and operate cleaning tools and powered equipment safely, and sustain moderate physical effort over the duration of a full shift.

Schedules: 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday. $16-$18/hour. Come join an amazing team in a growing company!

COMMERCIAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors - including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Support laundry facility function
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned

COMMERCIAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
