Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a job shop environment, and enjoys working on a wide variety of precision components.
You will be responsible for full machine setups, optimizing processes, and producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
Perform complete setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes Select tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs Edit programs at the machine and troubleshoot issues Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances are met Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes Mentor and support less experienced machinists Equipment You'll Work With
