Job Description Job Description We are looking for a CNC and Manual machinist and mechanical assembly technician to support precision production and assembly work. The applicant must be a hands-on machinist and technician who is comfortable in small, fast-paced shop environment. The tasks would include:
Set up and operation of manual and CNC machines to produce precision components Perform precision mechanical assembly and parts, subassemblies and finished units Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Collaborate with engineering and other techs to resolve fit and tolerance issues
Requirements:
Experience operating manual lathes, mills and CNC machines Proven precision mechanical assembly Ability to read mechanical drawings Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of CNC programming
