Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Stafford Springs, CT 06076
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift

About the Role:
Established precision manufacturer seeking a dependable CNC Operator to support production and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC mill, laser, and Turret Press
• Read blueprints and perform inspections
• Deburr and finish parts as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Blueprint reading and measurement skills
• CNC machine operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Preferred: Setup, troubleshooting, or programming experience.

Experience:

• CNC milling machine: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
