CNC machinist

We are currently seeking a full-time machinist to join our team.

The successful candidate must have the ability to interpret engineered blue prints and hand sketches to set up and operate milling machines and lathes. The candidate must have the ability to complete each component from start to finish and inspect the components to assure dimensional accuracy. Most importantly, the successful candidate must have the ability and willingness to accomplish all their duties safely!

Proficient understanding of and ability to read engineered drawings

Set up and operate machines such as lathes and milling machines (CNC/manual)

Select proper tools to maximize productivity

Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracy

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

Perform quality control checks on finished products

Hold tolerance to +/- .005 or better

Maintain a safe and clean work area
