We are seeking a dependable and experienced
CDL Driver for a full?time yard spotter and shuttle position at the Kohler plant in Huntsville, AL. This role is ideal for a
CDL Driver who wants steady hours, consistent weekly scheduling, and a long?term opportunity with a respected company.
Position Overview This
CDL Driver position combines both yard spotting and day?cab shuttling based on the needs of the shift. The right
CDL Driver will be comfortable switching between roles while maintaining safety, communication, and efficiency throughout the 12?hour shift.
Schedule & Pay - Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
- 12?hour shifts
- $24.50 per hour
- Work 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next
- Every other weekend required

Responsibilities - Perform yard spotting duties as assigned
- Complete day?cab shuttle moves as needed
- Operate safely within the Kohler Huntsville yard and surrounding areas
- Adapt between spotter truck and day cab depending on shift needs
- This position offers more variety than a typical yard or shuttle role, making it ideal for a versatile CDL Driver
Requirements - CDL Driver must have 12 months tractor?trailer experience in the last 3 years
or 24 months in the last 5 years - Good MVR
- No Clearinghouse violations
- Candidates should be reliable, safety?driven, and ready to take on a mixed?duty role
