Sterzinger Crushing, Inc. of Taunton MN is a small company looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Job duties include but not limited to driving truck, general maintenance and operating heavy equipment in a gravel pit. .

Job Summary/Overview
We're seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team, responsible for skillfully operating heavy machinery to move materials, prepare sites, and ensure project efficiency while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, heavy haul trucks to move earth, materials, and equipment. Driving truck and delivering gravel.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Load, unload, and position materials safely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment hours, work performed, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members for smooth project flow.
• Adhere to all company and governmental safety guidelines (MSHA, etc.).

Qualifications

• Willing to learn
• Valid driver's license (CDL is required for trucking roles).
