We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to take a lead role in delivering impactful civil engineering projects. In this client-facing role, you'll act as the trusted on-site representative, helping to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and on budget-while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job DetailsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site project representative and primary liaison to the owner/client.
- Perform all aspects of contract administration, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct construction inspection to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare design calculations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering projects.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, supporting project coordination and communication.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and review of work.
- Assist with project administration, document control, and schedule tracking.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support project success.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in construction or hybrid design/construction roles.
- PE license preferred.
- Working knowledge of state and regional engineering standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MicroStation is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required for travel to project sites.
