We are Hiring an Equipment Maintenace Shift Lead in White, GA Job Overview:We are seeking a
Shift Leader to oversee
equipment maintenance operations and manage a team of technicians. This role involves
scheduling maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing team performance to keep operations running smoothly.
Schedule: Training: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM (2 months+)
After Training: 6PM-6AM on a 2-2-3 (swing shift)
Pay: $29.50 + $1.00 (Once you start on Night Shift)
Responsibilities: Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee regular and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
Team Leadership: Train, guide, and assign tasks to technicians while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
On-Site Management: Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct shift handoff meetings.
Resource Management: Monitor equipment lifespan, maintain inventory, and order necessary supplies.
Workforce Oversight: Track work hours, certifications, and performance of technicians.
Qualifications: - Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in leadership and 2 years in equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, maintenance knowledge, and familiarity with automation, robotics, and conveyor systems.
- Preferred: Experience in solar cell production, semiconductor, or manufacturing and familiarity with PLC systems.
