Start Time: 5:30 AM Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00/hr DOE + Overtime + Annual Bonuses
Location: Bend, Oregon - Home Every Night

Cascade Disposal is hiring full-time CDL Drivers to join our solid waste collection team in beautiful Bend, OR. This is a stable, year-round opportunity with local routes-no long hauls, no overnights.

• Competitive hourly pay: $28-$30/hr (based on experience)

• Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, early mornings, off by mid-afternoon

• Training across vehicle types: Side Load, Front Load & Roll-Off Trucks

• Operate garbage trucks on local routes

• Safely collect and transport waste to disposal sites

• Use hydraulic controls to lift/load bins

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks

• Provide courteous service to local customers

• Work independently in all types of weather

• Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement

• At least 1 year of driving experience

• Clean driving record & ability to pass a drug screen

• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of trucks

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
