CDL A Driver $29.50 Per Hour Chambersburg, PA TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Chambersburg, PA. This is a temp to hire position.
CDL A Driver Details - Schedule: Monday - Friday; 500 AM start time for AM, 300 PM start time for PM shift
- Freight / Load Type: Industrial Equipment
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Handling: Strapping
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Driver Responsibilities: - Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
