Wooster Motor Ways is hiring safety-focused CDL-A Company Drivers for our regional lanes. You get steady miles, a team that has your back, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.
PAY
- $1,500 - $1,800 per week
- $1,350 guaranteed weekly minimum
- Detention pay
- Breakdown pay
HOME TIME
- Home daily or weekends, depending on route
- Drivers in the Plymouth / Wabash area are home frequently
THE WORK
- Daily local and regional runs
- Drop-and-hook pickups, live unload at delivery

EQUIPMENT
- International LT trucks
- APU, refrigerator, microwave, and TV
- Premium driver's seat
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
- Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues
- Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp-sensitive freight
- Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork
- Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery
- Handle basic maintenance (fluids, minor fixes) and keep your equipment clean
