1120 Freight Logistics Inc. is seeking a professional, dependable CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver to operate a well-maintained 2024 Peterbilt with an automatic transmission hauling refrigerated (reefer) freight nationwide.

We are looking for a safety-focused driver who takes pride in maintaining a clean truck, a professional appearance, and excellent customer service.

Pay Structure

Driver compensation is based on weekly NET truck revenue:

$0 - $7,000 = 25%

$7,001 - $11,999 = 28%

$12,000+ = 30%

$1,000 Performance Bonus

Drivers are eligible for a $1,000 Performance Bonus after 60 days of employment.

To qualify, drivers must:

??? Have no unexcused lateness

??? Have no missed pickup or delivery appointments

??? Have no driver-caused freight claims or cargo damage

??? Remain in good standing with the company

??? Complete Pre-Trip Inspections Daily

??? Keep Truck Interior and Exterior Clean and Organized

??? Maintain a Clean, Professional Appearance

??? Follow All DOT Regulations and Company Safety Policies

??? Monitor Reefer Temperatures and Cargo Condition

??? Deliver Freight Safely and On Time

??? Prevent Cargo Damage Through Proper Handling and Attention to Reefer Settings

??? Communicate Professionally with Dispatch, Customers, and Receivers
