TransForce is hiring part time CDL A drivers in Memphis, TN to haul office supplies and furniture. We are looking for safety-conscious, customer-service-oriented drivers for this long-term opportunity.
Compensation:
- $26/hr plus overtime
- OT after 40 hours
- Competitive weekly pay
Schedule:
- Start times: 8pm
- Shifts: 10.5-11 hours per day
- Home Daily: Local routes
Job Details:
- Haul Office Supplies / Furniture
- Monday-Friday
- Full Time SPR Class A nighttime drivers. Initially will train for a few weeks (paid) and move into a Full Time Route, or utilized as needed.
- 3 to 8 nightly per day, depending on route and hours available
- May include backhauls, returns, and empty pallets
- Driver unload: manual pallet jack, liftgate, dock unloading
- Manual pallet jack - heaviest on pallet could be up to 1200 lbs. - water/paper - everything palletized
- Operate 36', 48' automatic trucks
- Penske Leased trucks/automatic
- Omni Tracs - ELD system
- Some customers will be there when delivering others will provide key code access
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to maneuver trailers into tight spots
