CDL A Driver - 3rd Shift - $30 Per Hour Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
About the Position We are seeking a Full-Time CDL A Driver for the 3rd Shift. This position offers a pay rate of $30 per hour + OT. The driver will be home daily, working Monday through Friday nights starting at 9:00 PM.
Pay & Schedule - Pay Rate: $30 per hour + OT
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 9:00 PM
- Daily Route Hours: Approximately 9.5 hours
Job Details - Route Type: Local delivery in Indiana and surrounding Midwest states (primarily Ohio and Kentucky)
- Freight: Touch freight, delivering palleted office supplies
- Handling: Loading and unloading with a pallet jack
Key Responsibilities - Delivering freight to various locations, typically 3 to 8 stops nightly
- Ensuring timely and dependable service
- Maintaining professional work attire (boots/sneakers; no flip-flops)
- Using Omni Tracs ELD system for tracking and compliance
Minimum Requirements - Valid CDL license required
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
