What you'll do:
??? Lead a 3-4-member crew, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
??? Oversee outdoor and indoor construction projects
??? Train and mentor crew members, helping them succeed while building your
leadership skills
??? Ensure job quality, managing time, materials, and customer satisfaction
What is required:
??? Valid driver's license and the ability to operate construction equipment
??? Experience in general construction framing, flooring, trim, cabinet install, doors,
windows, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
??? Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
??? Physical ability to work in all seasons
??? A commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
??? Bilingual candidates are a plus
