Larson Financial Group is seeking a tech-savvy, solutions-oriented Entry-Level Business Systems Tech to help optimize and support operational workflows across the organization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong interest in technology, process improvement, and systems management who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage workflow automation tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
- Assist in project management and coordination for operational initiatives.
- Provide back-up and participate in cross-training for various roles within the Operations team.
Requirements:
- Proven tech experience in operational management, workflow optimization, or related role.
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., SMARTSHEET) is a plus.
- Agile certification and/or experience in similar process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with AI and process implementation
- Experience in the tech industry or financial services.
