Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Better Living is looking for a Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our Mill Shop team in Troy, VA. You'll play a key role in safely delivering custom stair sets and doors to residential and commercial construction sites.
What You'll Do:
- Operate a 26' box truck (no CDL required) to deliver stair sets and millwork items
- Safely load, transport, and unload heavy custom products with the help of a delivery partner
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly
- Ensure materials arrive damage-free and are placed according to customer specs
- Deliver top-notch customer service to builders, contractors, and job site personnel
- Keep accurate delivery records and comply with OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with loading materials at the mill shop as needed

What We're Looking For:
- Valid Virginia driver's license held in good standing for a minimum of 3 years
- Good driving record (no significant violations in the past few years)
- 1-2 years of experience operating box trucks (non-CDL)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and team-lift heavy items like stair sets and doors
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical Demands & Work Environment: - Frequent bending, lifting, climbing in/out of trucks
- Regular exposure to outdoor elements at job sites
- Prolonged driving and sitting
- Must be able to operate pallet jacks and dollies
Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
